I always keep an eye out for trending hair brands and Evalectric is one that recently caught my attention. This brand, which specializes in hair care products and heated styling tools, has become a favorite among styling professionals and beauty bloggers all over the world. People rave about how Evalectric’s hair care products have transformed the look of their locks – so much so that it wasn’t long before my FOMO got the better of me and I ordered up a few Evalectric hair care products for myself. Were they worth the hype? Here’s what I thought:
Evalectric Hair Care Products: Initial Impressions
While I’m not one to usually splurge on multiple hair care products at a time, the affordable price point of Evalectric’s range was too tempting to resist. I ordered up my chosen products online, directly from the Evalectric website, and, less than a week later, I was eagerly unboxing them.
My initial response was very positive. The packaging was sleek and sturdy and the products themselves looked and felt high-quality. I immediately decided that it was time for a shower so that I could put my new products to the test!
The Evalectric Moisturizing Shampoo
After having dealt with years of heat styling, my hair has been showing signs of damage. I’ve been looking for a shampoo that will thoroughly clean my strands without causing even more damage – something that many shampoos are notorious for doing. The Evalectric Moisturizing Shampoo promised to do just that.
So, did it live up to its words?
I’ve now been using this shampoo for six weeks and can definitely see a difference in my hair. Granted, I’ve also been using other new hair care products from Evalectric but I always notice an improvement after I’ve used this shampoo. My hair feels much softer and smoother afterward, which it never did with the other shampoos I’ve used in the past. It almost feels like I’ve already used a conditioner, even though that delight is yet to come!
The Evalectric Moisturizing Conditioner
Although they don’t need to be used together, the Evalectric Moisturizing Conditioner is, in my opinion, the perfect follow-on from the Evalectric Moisturizing Shampoo. Both formulas contain argan oil, an ingredient that’s revered for its hair benefits. Doubling up on the ingredient during your hair-washing routine will do the world of good for your hair, just like it did mine!
Squeeze some conditioner out from the bottle and it doesn’t feel overly thick. However, once you apply it to your hair, you can feel its richness as it coats your strands. I usually comb it through, which allows me to de-tangle as well. While I used to use a de-tangling spray, I no longer need to since this conditioner provides plenty of lubrication to work through any knots.
The best part is how glossy and thick my hair looks once I’ve rinsed the conditioner out. It no longer feels brittle and, after using the conditioner for a few weeks, I noticed that I didn’t see quite as much hair loss either!
The Evalectric Hair Serum
Although I’ve used hair serums in the past, I’ve never been crazy about them. As a result, I didn’t expect to love the Evalectric Hair Serum…boy, was I wrong! I’m glad that all of those positive reviews convinced me to give this one a try because it has completely changed the way in which I look at hair serums now.
This incredible product has singlehandedly helped me to restore the feeling of health to my hair. How do I know? Because, I’m ashamed to say, I’ve continued to heat style my locks even though they’re clearly damaged. Each time I used to do so, my hair would feel even drier and more brittle. Now, I apply this hair serum to my mane while it’s wet and then wait for it to dry before heat styling. The difference is unbelievable – it always makes my hair feel professionally pampered and styled!
The Evalectric Extreme Hold Hair Spray
I’m not usually a fan of maximum-hold hair sprays. So, I have to admit that I left this product in its box for a while. It was a good week or so after I tried my other Evalectric products before I finally whipped this one out.
All I can say is…I wish it hadn’t taken me so long to discover this spray! It’s the first strong-hold hair spray that I’ve used that doesn’t leave my hair feeling stiff. Instead, my hair still has a surprising amount of movement and flexibility to it. At the same time, it retains its style for hours.
I’ve also used this spray to comb down frizzy strands and it has done a great job!
Is Evalectric Hair Care Worth the Hype?
So, the big question is…is Evalectric worth the hype?
I would have to firmly agree. I didn’t expect to fall for the brand quite this much but I now love having a go-to hair brand that I can rely on for every occasion. Now that I’m smitten with Evalectric hair care products, I have my sights set on some of the brand’s styling tools and will report back once I’ve given them a try!
